Warranty and Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed
  • If you are not happy with your purchase, you must send a request email to cutecamcase@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Otherwise, the re-instacking fee will be taken depends on the item condition. If the item is damaged, it couldn't be refunded or replaced.
  • You must report any defect item right after receive the item.
  • Your payment is under the Paypal buyer's protection policy. However, to return, you must send email to cutecamcase@gmail.com to obtain a return auth number. Please write down the auth # on the top of the return item envelop. We don't handle any return item without the auth#. Any return item mail package without auth # will be returned to the sender !!!
  • You would then have to ship the item in its original GOOD packaging to us at you cost. You must keep the item in the good condition so that we could resell it.
  • We would refund your purchase price after exam your return item, minus the shipping and handling cost. However you need to keep the return item in its original good package with GOOD reselling condition. Otherwise, we will take 15% off its listing price as re-instocking fee in additional to the shipping and handling cost.
  • For any returned light tent, We will take 15%+ off its listing price as re-instocking fee in additional to its shipping and handling cost.
Warranty
  • Batteries carry a three month warranty.
  • We would replace defective batteries during the warranty period.
  • To claim under warranty, you must send email to teaglecool@yahoo.com to obtain a return auth number and please follow the instruction of return item package described in above.
  • You would then have to ship the defective item to us at you cost.
  • We would replace your defective item with one that has equal or higher rating.
Limitations
  • Our warranty only cover replacement of defective items.
  • We are not responsible for consequential damages.
  • You must use only specified charger when you charge the battery.
  • Do not Short-Circuit.
  • Battery may explode if disposed of in fire.
Wrong Order
  • If you want to return your order item to replace with another item because you made wrong order, then it's your responsibility to pay the same amount shipping and handling cost.
  • You must contact us first to get auth # and please follow the instruction of return item package described in above.
  • You need to keep the item in original condition packing so that we could resell it otherwise ?15% off its listing price will be taken as re-instock fee.
