The default shipping fee and USPS priority shipping fee don't cover the the shipping insurance.
We can make sure the item is sent to your order shipping address. However, if you want to have insured package, please
order the extra insurance fee from the following.
We couldn't change your shipping addres after received your order payment unless you make a new order with the new shipping address. This is required by Paypal policy
Wrong Shipping Address:
It's buyer's responsibility to pay additional same amount shipping and handling fee if the shipped item was returned because the buyer provided the wrong shipping address.
